The Greenwood Community Food Pantry is located at 2509 Browning Road and operates on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.
Boxes are packed in the mornings from 8:30 to 10:30 by volunteers and then handed out in the afternoon from 1:00 to 3:00. Each box typically contains a two-pound bag of flour or corn meal, a jar of peanut butter, 8-10 cans of vegetables, a box of macaroni and cheese, a loaf of bread, a pound of butter, and a meat product when available.
Applications to receive food boxes are obtained ON-SITE Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
